I know, I know
It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted, but I havn’t had the time to bake until yesterday. I was going to make Toblerone cheesecake, but Marsh didn’t have Toblerone, so I got Girildili Chocolate instead, and Victoria and I made the best chocolate cheesecake ever!
Double Chocolate Cheesecake
1 1/2 cp crushed chocolate grahm crackers
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cp ground almonds
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cp sugar
6 oz girildi chocoate (4 semi sweet, 2 dark)
1/2 cp thickened cream
1 cp heavy whippin cream
1 -2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 oz girideli chocolate (3 semi sweet, 1 dark)
Mix butter, gram cracker and almonds. press into the bottom of a 9 in round springform pan; chill
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add chocolate and cream until mixed.
Pour onto prepared crust and chill
Whip cream until almost thick. Add powdered sugar
Mix in chocolate and mix until thick. Put on top of cheesecake and chill for about 2-3 hours, or until set.
