BBQ Chicken Salad Growth

Posted on August 25, 2009. Filed under: Dining |

With the health craze still exisiting, resturants have been adding more and more salads. In order to  get more people to eat salads, they’ve started adding almost unhealthy versions of salads to their menue. One that I’ve seen (and have eaten) a few times in the past few months is the BBQ Chicken Salad. I’ve had two versions, the Applebee’s and the Baker Square. Both offer larger portions of the salad, but had some differences. The Applebee’s salad had more toppings that would be found on a BBQ chicken sandwhich, but less lettuce, in my opinion. The Baker Square salad had a lot more cheese but normal salad items. Besides that, the salads were pretty much the same in quality and price.

A problem I had yesterday, which I didn’t realize until I woke up today, was that I pretty much forgot to eat. That presents a lot of problems the next day because I’m not feeling to well at all. Don’t forget to eat, it’s just not good.
