Left overs = awesome

I made to much pasta for the chicken marsala yesterday. By too much I mean about a box’s worth. I get excited about my pasta, what can I say, its good! Anyway, because of that, my dad said “well, what are you making for dinner with this tomorrow?” I was going to make a cheese cream sauce, but my mom said she wouldn’t eat it, so I made a butter based (Paula Dean would be so proud) cheese sauce with onion, garlic, paprika, and salt, baked it in the oven for 375 for about a half hour, covered it with italian bread crumbs and paremsean cheese after 15 minutes. It was really good. But now I’m stuffed to the brim.
