Barrel of Monkey Bread

I had a request from one of the cast memebrs to make monkey bread for the show tomorrow. While at the store, I grabed jumbo biscuites. My mother told me that she can’t ever get the jumbo biscuites to work out. I decided to take a test run, and just messed with the cooking temp and time. After an hour (tragically long) the bread was cooked all the way through. I kind of love proving her wrong just a little bit…hehe.

Monkey Bread

2 cans jumbo biscuits
Cinnamon and Sugar mixed together
Brown Sugar
2 cps buter

  1. Cut the biscuits into 8 parts. Roll each piece into the cinnamon/sugar mixture, and drop into a bundt pan.
  2. After layer 1, sprinkle brown sugar before putting layer number 2.
  3. Bake at 375 for 14 minutes, the reduce the heat to 295 then bake for an hour. Enjoy!
