The …white meat

Chicken is cheap and easy to make. And a little borning. A few years ago I decided to make chicken a little more tasty, and a lot more juicy. Basically, take a chicken breast and cut it in half. Season the inside of the chicken breast with italian seasonings (basil, oregno, salt, pepper) and put provlone slices in the middle. Fold the chicken back up, season the top and put mozzeralla cheese on top. Bake in a 425 oven for 20 minutes, and enjoy! It’s served best with white rice and some sort of bean. Enjoy!
