Fighting with pastry
Pie dough and I always end up fighting, I have no idea why, but it happens. Today I wanted to make 2 cherry pies, so made the cherry filling before making the crusts. I have no idea what I did, but I coudn’t for the life of me get my crust to roll out correctly; it just kept on falling part. I got really mad and threw my rolling pin on the table. The crusts eneded up having to be pieced together. They just came out of the oven, and look kind of funny, but I’m sure they’ll taste just fine. I hope.
