Smoothie tasty

Yes, it does say smoothie tasty. I am once again sick with a TERRIBLE sore throat and no appitite. Now, I don’t know about you, but living on cough drops for two days isn’t such a great thing.  Today I decided that I needed to get something in my stomach so I could work, but I also needed something that would feel good on my throat. I decided on a frozen yogurt smoothie. I have never made one before, but I knew what could go in it and frankly, that’s all that matters. I ended up getting a pint of strawberries, a bananna, chopped pineapple, soy vanilla ice cream, and soy milk. My only complaint really, is that I used too much bananna because even though there is a lot of other fruit, the bannana is all I can taste; luckily I like bananna. I like the simplicity of smoothies, just a few minutes in a blender and you have a tasty, healthy (if you want) meal. Need a recipie? Make one up yourself! Just remember you need some juice or milk and something to make it less liquidy and you can just go to town. Send me your favorite smoothie recipe!
