It’s Revolutionary!

I had a day off yesterday, and wanted to go get some dinner. After literally trying to decide for about an hour, Matt and I opened up Yelp and looked at some reviews on local places. We decided on Industral Revolution, located on RT 30 here in Valpo. The reviews were very mixed, going from 1 star to 4, so we really had to try it on our own. They have a very interesting beer list, not very extensive but they have a lot of beers other places don’t have. Matt and I both got burgers, I got the industral which has bleu cheese, peppers, tomato, onion and pepperjack cheese. I changed the pepperjack to provolone, and that was a good choice. Matt got the classic bacon cheeseburger that is STUFFED with BACON. the thing was huge! Neither of us finished our burgers because of the molton cheese dip we had before.

I have to say, the decor was interesting, there was a train that ran around the top, but it blew its whistle every 20 minutes, that was annoying. Our server wasn’t the best, she didn’t stop by the table very many times, and she didn’t seem to stop by any of her tables very many times. One of Matt’s friends who also worked there seemed to be much better, so I know its not the whole wait staff.  If you’re ever in Valpo, you should try it out. Just be prepared to spend a little bit of money.
