Sandwichs with a twist!
Yesterday was the the first day (and longest, as always) of tech for Agnes. We took an hour long lunch break and the whole tech staff when down the street on Lincoln to a place called the Twisted Cafe. It specializes in making sandwiches with pretzals!. I got their veggie sandwich (I can’t remember what type of pretzal it was on…except delicious.) It was very tasty, my only complaint is that it was a VERY messy sandwich, mainly because there was a lot of hummus on it, but besides that, I have no complaints. It was very tasty. The building itself was pretty small, but that’s not to surprising in Chicago. The price was actually pretty decent as well, my sandwich and IZZIE was $8. A place like that you’d expect it to be more expensive, but it wasn’t. I would suggest heading there for a quick bite before a show….such as Agnes of God when you come see it between March 10-16. (Wink wink)
